Kraft Clinic, clinic management software by Kraft Media. Last updated: 30 September 2026.

1. Who we are

Kraft Clinic is software provided by Kraft Media, Tilak Chowk, 45, Bazaar Peth Rd, Nazarana Compound, Ali, Bhiwandi, Maharashtra 421302, India (“Kraft Media”, “we”, “us”). Clinics use Kraft Clinic to manage appointments, patient records, prescriptions, invoices and accounts.

2. Our role

Each clinic decides what patient information it records and why. For patient data, the clinic is the Data Fiduciary and Kraft Media acts as a Data Processor on the clinic’s behalf, under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We process patient data only to provide Kraft Clinic to that clinic.

3. What data we handle

• Clinic staff accounts: name, email address, mobile number, role and sign-in activity.
• Clinic details: clinic name, address, phone, email, logo and subscription information.
• Patient data entered by the clinic: name, mobile number, gender, date of birth or age, blood group, address, allergies, medical history, notes, appointments, vitals, diagnoses, prescriptions and invoices.
• Clinic accounts: income, expenses and payment modes recorded by the clinic.
• WhatsApp messaging data (only if a clinic connects WhatsApp): the patient’s mobile number, message content, and delivery status (sent, delivered, read or failed).

4. How we use it

• To provide Kraft Clinic’s features to the clinic, such as booking appointments, printing prescriptions and invoices, and preparing reports.
• To send WhatsApp messages on the clinic’s instruction, such as prescriptions, invoices and appointment reminders, from the clinic’s own WhatsApp Business number.
• To provide support, fix problems and keep the service secure.

We do not sell any data, do not use patient data for advertising or marketing, and do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below.

5. Where data is stored and who processes it

• Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), hosted in the Mumbai, India region.
• Netlify, which serves the Kraft Clinic web application. It does not store patient records.
• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), only for clinics that connect WhatsApp, to deliver messages the clinic chooses to send.

6. How we protect data

• All connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
• Every clinic’s data is kept separate at the database level. One clinic can never see another clinic’s data.
• Staff only see what their role allows. For example, receptionists cannot see the clinic’s profit and loss.
• Documents shared with patients use private links with a long random code, which expire after 30 days.
• Secret keys are kept only on secure servers and never in the app or the browser.

7. WhatsApp

When a clinic connects its WhatsApp Business account to Kraft Clinic, Kraft Media, as a Meta Tech Provider, accesses that account only to send the messages the clinic requests and to receive delivery updates and patient replies for that clinic. Clinics are responsible for having their patients’ consent to be contacted on WhatsApp. Patients can reply to stop messages, and the clinic will stop contacting them. A clinic can disconnect WhatsApp from Kraft Clinic at any time.

8. How long we keep data

We keep a clinic’s data for as long as the clinic uses Kraft Clinic. If a clinic stops using Kraft Clinic, it can request an export of its data. We delete the clinic’s data within 30 days of a written request, except where the law requires us to keep it. Backups are deleted on their normal schedule.

9. Your rights and data deletion

Patients: to see, correct or delete your information, please contact your clinic, which controls your records. You can also write to us and we will pass your request to the clinic.

Clinics and staff: to delete your account or your clinic’s data, or to disconnect WhatsApp, email kraftmedia16@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. We confirm the request and complete it within 30 days.

10. Children

Kraft Clinic is used by clinics. Records of patients under 18 are entered by the clinic, with the consent of a parent or guardian where the law requires it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and inform clinics of important changes.
